Nickie Hall-Hensley is a veteran FreeWheeler.
She has also ridden in several other states and countries. She has come up with a packing list that is "all inclusive"
for anyone planning on spending seven days on FreeWheel.
This is primarily a laundry list of items you need to consider.
It isn't suggested that you take every item on this list, but there aren't many things that a given rider might need
that hasn't been included here for your consideration. Select those items from the list that make sense for you and your
particular needs.
And remember that we won't be riding through the wilderness; communities we pass through will have stores
where you can pick up items you left off and wish you'd packed, items you may have forgotten, items you see that other
riders have and you've decided you need them too, or to replinish consumable items.
You have to carry your own
bag too and from the luggage truck and heave it up on the pile each morning ... pack accordingly!

Important Packing Advice!
It is recommended that you line your luggage with a trash bag (trash compactor bags are even better as they're typically heavier material) and
put each day's change of clothing in a large zip-lock bag. At some point your luggage will get wet and having your clothing inside of zip-lock
bags reduces the chance of it getting wet as well. |
