FreeWheel Inc. in no manner warrants the safety of the routes to be used
on FreeWheel. All roads suggested are regular roads of the highway system, used by automobiles, trucks and other vehicles, with no special lanes. As
no separate lanes are provided for bicycles, the bicyclist assumes the risk for his/her own safety when on the routes indicated for use on FreeWheel.
