Hulbert - A Free Wheel '80 rider was injured Thursday when she lost control of her bicycle on a sharp curve near here.

Mrs. Jessie Dean, 52, of Tulsa, was in stable condition Thursday night at Muskogee General Hospital with a broken collarbone.

The injury occurred when her bicycle left the road during the most hilly portion of the cross-state bicycle ride. She was treated on the scene by Free Wheel '80 medical personnel then transported to the hospital.

Radio-dispatched volunteers from Tulsa's EMSA ambulance service ride bicycles and drive an ambulance-camper along the route.
